Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or sales events.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (Domestic – USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (Domestic – USA)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (may experience longer delivery times)

  • Most international countries

If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we may be able to accommodate.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, United Essentials LLC is not responsible.
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing items.
We recommend checking with:

  • Neighbors

  • Household members

  • Your local post office

For missing packages, email us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the item and packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours

We will work to replace the item or issue a solution.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Handling fees

We cannot predict or control these charges.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

To request a change, email us immediately.


9. Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Failure to pick up

  • Refusal of delivery

You may choose:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fees apply), or

  • A refund minus the original shipping cost
