Refunds & Returns

1. Return Window (15 Days)

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

We will reply with return instructions and a return address.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are not refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in original condition

  • Packaging is missing

  • The product shows signs of use


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you want a different size, color, or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.


9. Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Wait 24–48 hours for possible delayed delivery

  • Contact your local carrier office

We will assist with a carrier claim, but we are not responsible for packages marked as β€œDelivered.”
